Hello ! So i went to Penang Island 's Batu Ferringhi beach during Chinese New Year .

So at first i thought that Penant beaches are just horrible & dirty .

Because i remember that the ones i've been to are just horrible .

I havent been to the beach there for ages already .

So yeah , went to one of the hotel's beaches and it was clean! i guess cause its actually a private beach.

Here's my trip to the beach :P

Sometimes the people i thought that i could trust fully , are the ones who i actually shouldnt trust at all.

Sometmes when people say family comes first , as long as you have all your family , your relatives beside you , you're gonna do just fine. Because they are ones who will be there for you , but i recently found out . I was wrong.

So who can i turn to now ?

Sometimes people tell me that they will be there for me no matter what , but im thinking . are those just words ?

So how should i feel ?

Im just feeling so frustrated . I really am.

Hello err'bodayyyyy!

Went to Simple Plan's concert a few days back.

They were one of my favourite bandddd!!!

IT WAS ONE OF THE FREAKING BEST CONCERTS IVE EVER BEEN TO.

It was so damn gooooooddd! It was held in KL LIVE :) that place was okay ! Best thing is they've got aircond . woohoo. but we were still sweaty anyway.

Pierre looked so bloody HOT ! :) his body..AHHH.. ok enough.

oh and i liked Sebastian's red pants. hahaha

anyway , THE BEST THING ISS ! PIERRE POINTED AT ME & EMIRA'S DIRECTION!!!

He was looking in front at first. then we screamed raised our hands to get his attention ,

and yes , HE LOOKED BACK AND POINTED AT US.

i think that will be something that ill be talking about forever ! hahahaha

What Am I Working As ?

So, some people have asked me what am i doing now since college only starts during July

Well , im working right now ! I;m working as a kindergarten teacher . okay , surprised ? hahahah .

WHY ?

1) I THOUGHT i love kids

2) good experience , why not ?

3) since ive dealed with church kids before in sunday schools or events , it should be alright
4) relaxing
5) dont need to work on weekends

6) i thought it was going to be just like the picture below.

BUT NO I CAME HOME LOOKING LIKE THIS.

I know some of you are thinking that the middle finger is unecessary.

BUT LET ME TELL YOU , IT IS NECESSARY .

The pay wasnt very high , but i thought it shld be ok cause i dont need to work on weekends and its not tiring, and their way of teaching kids is the same as all the other kindergartens.

I WAS WRONG HONEY , I WAS FREAKING WRONG.

I was asked to teach the kids tomorrow without any guide of how to use the " stuff " to teach the kids.

And in case if youre wondering , yes this kindergarten uses some kind of stuff to teach the kids.

They dont teach maths like how the normal kindergarten do.

AND OF COURSE I DIDNT KNOW THIS WHEN I WENT THERE. SHE DID NOT TELL ME ANYTHING. I guess they were really desperate for a teacher because yeah , that centre is lack of teachers I was not prepared for something like this . i was prepared for those normal kindergartens.

so yes i didnt have any guide , but thank god my colleague was nice enough to help me.

Its not fully a kindergarten btw , its kind of like a international school ( or more like a centre cause its small)

so yes theres, kindergarten kids, primary school kids, and secondary school kids and yeah im teaching in the kindergarten.

so yes , i have to be there ar 7.45-3.45 pm. the kids will be going home at 12. but after 12, i've gotta deal with those secondary kids. and ONE of them is so damn disrespectful. He splashed water on me. yeap.

There's also this 3 years old boy who doesnt learn and destroy everything in the kindergarten , he wants milk everyday, if u dont give it to him he will cry , AND HE LIE DOWN ON THE DIRTY FLOOR TO DRINK. He doesnt learn anything at all. he just run around destroying things and we have to run after him and get him ALL THE TIME.

OH HELL YES. so please, in the future, if your kid is like that , OR IF HE IS 3 AND NOT READY FOR KINDERGARTEN, please, LET HIM STAY AT HOME AND DESTROY YOUR THINGS , NOT THE THINGS IN THE KINDERGARTEN. OK ? i know some of you might think " aiyo he's just a small boy , he dont know ma , u cant say it this way " or " so bad la you "

but come on , if you are in my shoes you will know why , and whats the point of him going to the kindergarten if he dont learn anything at all ? he was running here and there destroying things all the time.

Some 3 years olds are good , some are just not ready for it , and obviously , this kid is not ready for it.

okay , i know i am complaining so damn much about this , but i seriously hate it . I LOVE IT SO MUCH MORE WHEN I WORKED IN CHILIS , AND ITS EVEN MORE TIRING THAN THIS.

Urgh. Can things get any better ?

But its okay , at least i've learned that im never going to be a kindergarten teacher.

Dont get me wrong ok , I STILL DO LOVE SOME KIDS. i would love to teach in those NORMAL kindergarten but just not this type. I jst really dislike their way of teaching and i hate the fact that i didnt have any guide.. Sigh.

urgh.

i wish i could quit , but no i cant till the end of Feb.
i officially hate my job.

Missions Trip , Hat Yai Thailand

Hello Everyone ! :) Just got back from my Missions Trip in Hat Yai , Thailand .

It was a great experience ! I dont think i'll ever forget this , ever .

Ive learned so much . Thank god that we are all safe , and had a good time ! :)

I was facing a few challenges when I was there , but its all good right now!

Had alot of preparation before we went to Thailand ,

Prepared 2 sketches for it for the Christmas party there too! will eloborate with the pics below .

THIS POST IS GOING TO BE SOOO LONG.

Day 1

we took a 13 hour train to Hat Yai , Thailand. Crazy or what ?! we left at 9pm and reached there around 10 M'sia time :)

After lunch and everything , we settled down . and then at night , we learned hand mime !!!! Thats the coolest thing ever ! never done that before and it was so fun!!!

But i guess we got to know each other a little bit in the train ! :)

The 13 hour train ride was crazy! Cant believe i went through it !

Day 2

meet emmanual ! He was quiet at first... but after that we found out that , he's a talking machine & He's CRAZYYY!!!

we went to" the rock " to help out for the Christmas party! Oh , we did 3 christmas parties there in Thailand

In " The Rock " there are some kids there ,

those kids came either from a broken family , or one of their parents are in jail :/

so yeah , we went there to spend some time with them , play with em..

This little girl here is so cuteee !!!!!! When i went there there the next day she came to me & gave me a hug!

We went to a a village . I feel so blessed when i go there .

Some of them dont have a proper home , that place was really really bad .

The flood destroyed all their homes :( . Sad to see them living in a place like this .

So people , be happy with what you have & appreciate it.

When i went there , people there are still keeping a smile on their faces.

That was the time where i thought , they've lost so many things but still keep that smile on their faces.

So i should too. We always feel like everything is not enough , but when you go there and see it with your own eyes , you will realise how bless you are.

Day 3

Hello everyone! This is going to be a loooooong post ! :)

This is about my high school life :)

Time passes by so quickly and its already the end of my high school journey!

In this 5 years , there are super goooood and also supper baaaad memories ,

Oh well but i've learned alot :) if those bad memories didnt happen , i wont be who i am right now.

Alot had left in this 5 years , but some have stayed.

Im thankful for those who have stayed , those who were there to pick up the pieces for me :)

Sometimes i wish i can keep some of my friends with me for a long time.

Everyone will be going on their own seperate ways next year , its another new chapter of life.

Am i excited ?

I guess i am but im kinda scared as well , things will be different .

i wish i can bring some of my high school friends with me to the same places that im going to ,

because now im super comfortable with all of them , and i dont want anything to change .

But thats not gonna happen of course , hahaha !

I am actually going to miss some of my teachers in school , some of my friends , and of course

im going to miss sitting beside my best friend, Amanda in school , sitting in front of Weng Yen & Jasmine

and of course , 5 Beta :) those moments , those memories , i will never forget .

This year have been like a roller coaster ride it was a crazy crazy crazyyyyy ride !

Hello everyone ! I'm kind-of back! hahahaha

Super happy that SPM's over ! and this is the end of my high school life already .

I've learned alot through this journey .

Im scared , but excited for whatever that's coming next! Its also kinda scary thinking about the future

I will be off to Thailand next week for missions trip , and after that . PROM!

Mr Ang , the teacher who taught me when i was form 2 ,

Someone who created really " funny " jokes ,

someone who always put his hands on his waist walking around in school or teaching,

Someone who gave lots and lots and lots of homework during class,

Someone who taught me tuition ,

Someone who is so sweet to his wife ,

someone who have this really cute and geeky smile .

He's now free from all the pain that he's feeling.

Im sure he's in a better place now.

Im sure he most all of us SMKSU's students a memory , A memory that they will always keep in their hearts.

so appreciate everyone around you .

of course it is easy to say , but action speaks louder than words.

When people lose their love ones , most of the people will say " i regret..................................................... "

You regret . But you know its already too late .

So people , remember to spend enough time and appreciate your love ones . Dont start your sentence with " i regret ". Because so what if you regret ? you cant change anything .

You cant go back and tell your love ones how much you love them , you cant go back and spend more time with them .

I myself , gotta start learning how to appreciate people too.

Now all we gotta do is just pray for Mr Ang's family , especially Mrs Ang ,

Hello everyone ! So , last Sunday i went to City Harvest KL to see Jayesslee !

they are sooooo pretty !

They sang " Dare you to move " and 'Rocketeer" . Super nice as usual!

They also shared their testimony , super touching .and then they sand a korean Christian song.

I didnt get to take picture / their autograph after church ! :( i sooooo regret that! *sigh*

I just saw a video that says they signed agreed to sign the autograph for everyone that lined up! :( *sighs*
I also wanted to go for their autograph sessioon at the Curve but it was raining on that day and it was super duper jam. *sigh*

Hello people ! Whatsup ? :) How have your week been so far ?

Just wanna update you guys a little something! :)

Last Friday , my dad brough me and my family to visit the Logos Hope Ship in Port Klang !

Its beautiful :) There's a book shop inside and stuff. The book shop is the worlds biggest floating book store

So what's the Logos Hope Ship about ?

Those people who work in the ship are volunteers from all around the world !

they follow the ship to travel all around the world to do help people / do volunteer work.

Sounds fun eh ? I might consider following that ship after i graduate . woohoo!

okay so imagine after school you were so excited because school had ended .

then you remembered that you still have some nuggets left from breakfast. so you decided to take it out to eat.

you were eating so happily , walking down the stairs.

when you place your last nugget in your mouth ,

suddenly this13 years old girl vomitted at the back of you , and then you realised she vomited directly at the back of your school uniform.

you went downstairs , telling your friends what had happened , and then your friends realised that the back of your uniform , your bag , the book you were holding , your shoes , were covered up with vomit. you stink like crap. and you find pieces of noodles on your bag and your school uniform.

you have to even throw away your physics success book because its covered up with vomit.

HOW THE HELL WILL YOU FEEL ?

so that was what happened to me today in school. THAT GIRL THAT VOMITTED ON ME DIDNT APOLIGISE. okay , i dont blame her for being sick. IF SHE DID APOLOGISE, IT WILL BE A WHOLE LOAD BETTER . but she didnt. instead of feeling bad , she asked her friend " is my uniform dirty ? " and then she just went off. i mean. OMG WHERE IS YOUR MANNERS ????!

okay so im going to talk about my blog title "First Steps ". why that title of all things ?. here's why

So one sunday morning i went to church , there's this speaker who's talking about first steps.

Its about someone stepping out of their comfort zone ,

and taking our first step , open up to brand new things . that message spoke to me .

There are many things in live that we gotta let go .

I realised that i've been making the wrong choices , but i still refuse to change it , step out my bloody comfort zone.

I am not comfortable with my choices , but i guess i just made that decision for some personal reasons

it did take away my happiness .So i guess its time to step out , take my first step and open up to brand new things.

So yes, this was how " First Steps " came up , and its also to remind me always about what i gotta do :)

God brings people into our lives , sometimes He brings some people into our lives to make us a better person or maybe , he knows that we need someone who is there for us for a certain something , But he takes people away too. Some of them are just meant to stay for a while ,and all the other things , relationship , friendship with them are just not meant to be , they are just there to help you to go through something .

Went for High tea with my family today in a shop called " Smokehouse" in Bangsar . The decorations there are beautiful ! A memorable visit . When u saw the title , what did you think of ? An essay that i wrote for my school's essay paper ? (HAHA) . or maybe , something that I made up ? But let me tell you , its not any of that. This post is going to be looooooooooooooooong.

I went to Penang during the Raya holidays just to celebrate my grandma's birthday . After that , my grandparents came to KL to stay with us for another 2 weeks. I was never close to both of them because they are living in Penang . I only go back to Penang around 2-4 times a year , and the last time i got to spend time with my grandparents was 3 years back , i went for a morning walk with them. So thats how much i got to see them ,so i find it kind of weird talking to them , there will be an awkward silence . but i was happy that they came over , because its the first time that i get to spend such a long time with them , first time we get to eat dinner everyday together for 2 weeks. It might not mean anything to you , but it meant alot to me .

Sometimes , my grandparents will follow my dad to pick me up from school . Whenever i see them in the car, i couldnt help but smile , i didnt even realise i was that happy until i get into the car and realised im smiling .

My grandmother also cooks for us , her delicious curry is always the best! Sometimes when my grandpa is watching tv , i'll just join him and he thinks that i want to watch TV , so he will be saying " if you want to watch TV , you watch ok , i dont mind not watching " , but actually , all i want to do is to just accompany him for a while . But as usual , i never told him that . i just nod my head and say " you go ahead and watch " . I realised that my grandpa loves my grandma alot too , my grandma is kind of weak right now so my grandpa will always ask if she is okay , then he will accompany her and help her to go upstairs . He also pushes my grandma around with her wheechair and remind her to take her medicine in time. haha :) I get to spend mooncake festival with my grandparents this year too :) . Just a few days back , my grandpa told me and my mum that he is sad to leave , to go back to Penang . Of course me and my mum felt the same . My grandparents just went home today around 6 am , woke up to say goodbye to them , but AS USUAL , i never told them that im going to miss them , or give them hugs or whatever , Nothing. I guess cause im not the type of person who knows how to express myself around my family . But of course , i wish i knew how to express myself and tell them im going to miss them. I dont know why but its just hard for me . . i feel sad that they went back to Penang already cause the house will be kinda empty , wont see them in the morning when im going to school. Im going to miss all of that especially my grandmothers cooking ! :)

.Sorry if this blog post is too long , or maybe it bores you. But yeah , this is what i am talking about . Its 8.16 AM now and im blogging ! hahahah .
